Because each product is printed individually, and ordered just for you, no exchanges/returns are accepted. 

So please make sure you order the correct size, and use the size chart as necessary.

About product production and fulfilment Printful says:

We take about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts etc.). (Then you should add shipping times on top of that).

97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

Depending on where you order from, your order will be shipped from the nearest fulfilment centre (UK, EU or US). Shipping usually takes 4-7 days. 

Returns are only accepted if the item is faulty, in which case a full refund will be given. PLEASE LET ME KNOW WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE ORDER IF IT IS FAULTY.
